Are the distance learning is accredited for jobs in US?

Based on your grammar, your "distance learning" hasn't been working. That's going to be a bit more a problem than where the diploma came from. The difference will depend on the specific job you are applying for. Some employers only care that you have a college diploma, in which case it won't make much difference where it's from. Many, however, care about the quality of the education behind the diploma.
