What are the advantages and disadvanges of distance learning? I'm from Mauritius and have the intention to start do distance learning from the University Of London.Can someone give me advices of it?Please tell me more about it.Thank you well in advance! |

Currently doing a distance learning course.
Pros - your can plan your studies to fit in with your life; you do not have the hassle of travelling to and from college
Cons - isolation - we often learn best when we are able to colloborate and discuss with others. There may be limited opportunity for this with distance learning.
You have to be very self disciplined.
Good luck - I am doing a distance course and working so it is very possible.
